hi guys! my friend's creative cd-rw 48x12x48x stopped detecting any cd's after burning a cd. i tried uninstalling and installing the hardware and cleaning it, but nothing works... please help me!!!
i had the same exact problem on my other computer with my creative burner. It did the same thing. I played a disk then i went to play another disk and it never worked again. the problem was that the laser burnt out. Try contacting creative for a new drive replacement if its stil under waranty.
