Which is the BEST Vidoe Capture Card available

    Hello,

    Can some one tell me which is the best VIDOE Capture Card available for a PC that has the capabliitiy of inputing Satelite receiver signal and then able to capture mpg2 video format for DVD quality.

    Any suggestions is welcome.
