Howdy Folks,

My local Wal-Mart's are sold out of the ilo dvd R04 so I was thinking of getting the liteon that my local Costco sells. Which liteon model is the one that is the rebranded ilo dvd R04? I want to be able to run the updated firmware to tranfer my video's to dvd's with it.

 ... The best non-harddrive LiteOn model is the LVW-5005 - there is plenty of hacks available for it ... I've had one for almost a year and I really like it ... One advantage to the ilo is that the LiteOn records to both +R/RW and -R/RW discs as well as recordind VCD and SVCD formats to CD-R discs ...
