hitachi DVD-RAM to DVD-R

    i have the following:

    1) a hitachi DZ_MV230A NTSC camera
    2) a panasonic DVD-CP67
    3) a pentium 4 2.6 with a matshita DVD-RAM SW-9582 drive

    so now i need to get the video from my dvd-rams to my dvd player but i am a complete newbie to burning dvds, so far i have only burned cds and data dvds. is there a guide for converting from dvd-ram to dvd+/-r and which (+ or -) should i use? thanks in advance
