I have a softmodded crystal edition xbox (not sure what version I belive its 1.6) and I have salyers auto installer 2.6 and it says in the manuel "replace hd with a large one if thats what your trying to acomplish" but before that it doesnt say anything about rebooting or powering down the xbox before I do this. So I guess what my question is is that because my xbox is softmodded would i be able to swap the hdd while running this with a 40gd hdd that does not support locking. I know I would prolly have to give up the MS dash. Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated. -Kyletoff
