Nfo file , how do I get this game to work?

Ok...I just finished downloading KOTR2 and it apears to be an NFO file! My shareaza shows it as 2+ gb, but when I go to it in the file, it shows 0 byts. Do I need to exrtact it some how, is this not a pc game, what can I use to install it? the folder shows 4 cd folders but I cant view anything in them either.

You open .nfo's with notepad, cant say i know the whats going on here sounds odd.
