i have just aquired a v1.6 xbox..... i have chipped it with an xecuter 2.6ce and xapt3er solderless adapter.... chip is flashed with m8 bios.... i want to put a new hdd in it but have encountered a problem.... im using slayers auto evox installer 2.5... i can get evox on to it and lock the drive but i cannot get the original xbox dash to boot.... it keeps giving me error 13.... any help greatly welcomed
Did you transfer the C contents from the factory HDD to the upgraded HDD? Also the E folder if you want your old savegames on the new HDD.
i was using evox 2.5 and for version 1.6 xbox you need evox 2.6.... samll little problem solved with a few minutes on a bittorent client.... im now a happy chappy
