Hello, i am new here. Maybe somebody ask this already but i have not find it in the forum. i want to make separaat tracks of a complete mp3 cd i have downloaded. Now it is one long mp3 and i want to cut it in pieces. i have Nero but i can not find it where i can do that. Can somebody help me?
I know of two. They are Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and Kristal Audio Engine http://www.kreatives.org/kristal/index.php BTW they are both free.
the easiest way would be to use either mp3 splitter and joiner or mp3 surgeon. they are made just for cutting/joining mp3 files. if you have a complete CD as one file do a google search for the album's .cue file, and the above programs can read the cue file and cut up the tracks accordingly
hi i'm new here, i got a file redorded from Internet audio, with no 2 seconds split,,,so i need to split this file, automaticly, any help??'
use the programs I listed above. unless you have a cue sheet or something else that tells you the time of the different tracks, you're going to have to manually mark where to split each track.
