   Hello,
   I recenlty bought 2 SATA hard drives and I know that I have to format my hard drives. I just like to know what are the steps in formating my hard drive before I install windows or do I have to get a program to format the 2 new SATA HDD.

   if loading windows xp onto 1 of the drives it will say load 3rd party drivers for the drives across the bottom of the screen just after booting off xp cd. to partition & format the drives use this link tho is for seagate drives http://www.seagate.com/support/kb/disc/howto/install_xp_disk_mgmt.html
