I apologise if this has been discussed already, but I'm having problems with mobile phone tools. I don't have any problem copying my contacts from my phone or anything like that. As soon as I go into the media browser, I try to copy a file such as a picture or a mid file to my phone and it says there is an error! Now obviously I don't have any problem with the driver cos I can access my contacts, but I just don't seem to be able to copy any pictures or ringtones to my phone!
