Hello, When i'm burning to my DVD-Rewriter the sound on my pc suffers by fraying and adding a delayed techno buzz. It seems to coinside with each data transfer as such. If anyones got any idea i can conquer this then please reply, it's driving me mad that i can't burn a dvd and watch a video file at the same time.

its because burning a CD or DVD is CPU intensive, and the burning app takes full priority of the CPU usage. When I'm burning disks I can't even play mp3s, let alone watch videos. Why do you really have to do both though...it takes less than 5 min to burn a CDR with a 48X burner, and only about 15 min to burn a DVD with a 4X burner. The more multitasking you do when you are burning, the slower it will burn and the greater chance for a burning error to occur.
