i was wondering if anyone could help me out, ive heard that i need to install a switch for the 5v power to be able to be deactivated to go on xbox live. is there a guide or someone fresh on the topic. i have a xecuter 3
I actually found a guide for this a while back on Xbox-Scene, but am unable to find it at the moment! Most likely you will not get banned online, but since the 5v is always on there is small chance that you could. So adding a switch is a good idea. I'll keep searching and try to post some good info. for you.
it is greatly appreciated. my first box got banned because i signed onto live before i ever knew anything about modding, and xbox recognized that there was a different hard drive in my xbox. hmm we dont sell the xbox with a 250GB hdd. but i was also wondering if i had to change my hdd code or should the 5v switch be enough
