Tired of waiting

Hey, Im new at this just like a lot of people say. Anyways After playing a game on live for halo2 i wanted to softmod to get auto-rifles and superjump and flying warthog ang all the good stuff. Now i had found a resource and called him and we got a pretty good distance on modding. I used mechassualt and we got all the way to where i type in my ip address on my computer to get the three files of the maps. Now I dont know what to do and i need to get those 3 files agian becuase i ended up clicking x on the window someone PLEASE send me step to step instructions on what to do after that for my objective said at top.
