Hello. I have Nero 6.6.0.14 installed on my PC. Do you have any ideea? is the Nero Mp4 encoder dll changed since that version. I understoodd that the latest version is 6.6.0.15a. Thanx
Hy Creaky. Have you even read those things? There are 3 version of nero and they say it's no change in MP4 .dll But there are a lor of changes. For example if you install let's say "Tag & Rename" you'll see that almost in any Nero update, there is an encoder dll update. Sorry, no helpfull, but thanx anyway see ya

Those are the informations reported by "Tag & Rename" NERO 6.6.0.12 = Nero AAC Codec 3.2.0.7 NERO 6.6.0.14 = Nero AAC Codec 3.2.0.15 So i think there are a lot of changes, even Nero doesn't specified anything. Right Creaky?
i only ever update my Nero if the changelog looks harmless enough. Some updates the changelog says hardly anything has changed so i don't always update. i can only go by what's in the changelogs, and you seem to have answered your own questions..

i suggest you grow up and stop barking at people, manners and maturity cost nothing, nor does free help. Sorry it's not the help you wanted, but from your 2nd reply you have obviously got a problem. I referred to Nero's changelogs which don't seem to give the answers.

I was asking about the latest nero not the ond ones. so if someone have the latest nero and could tell me this i'll be thankfull No Nero changelogs doesn't give anyone the answers.
i still don't see the problem - (pls don't take that the wrong way). 6.6.0.15 has been out long enough to trust it now. Just download and update. I've been using it since about a week after it came out without problems and have seen no other problems with it. This is why i'm not concerned/aware of all the little changes have been made that aren't in the changelogs as my Nero (and many others) is still behaving itself. If you do have a problem relating to the dll then give some more info, otherwise i'd just update to it..
creaky, i just wanna know if there is any change between thos two versions of nero you are not answering me so o think YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. if you can't answer my question pls go to sleep and don't bother me anymore have ai answered if sould i download an update or no? have i asked you if i can trust the new nero? no!!! that's not my question so ....
i suggest you ask Nero instead of barking at me, as you obviously don't want to download their [bold]FREE[/bold] update that some generous person/persons have programmed for your benefit.

Understood. Sorry Creaky. Look, i have done what you told me. I tried to upgrade my Nero from 66014 to 66015a. I have entered my serial number, they told me "You entered a valid Nero 6 Reloaded serial number. There is no newer version available at the time", and that's it. So, in conclusion there is no update between the 2 versions? Once again scuze me.
no worries. just did a quick google for that message and couldn't find anything, which is annoying as i've come across something somewhere about it but can't remember where i saw it. i s'pose it's worth making sure you have 6.6.0.14 on PC somewhere, uninstalling Nero, maybe even do the Nero Clean Tools thing, then install the 6.6.0.15 and enter the serial number to that one...
i forgot to add, there 'should' be no problems updating between versions, i've been simply updating from 6.6.0.8 i think it was, theu the various versions since then, without problems..
Hello again. I have found out the latest versions of aacenc32.exe and aacenc32.dll. Here they are: aacenc32.exe 0.79.064 aacenc32.dll 3.2.0.18 But i have dial up internet at home and i cannot download the entire nero for this 2 files. If someone have Nero Burning Rom 6.6.0.15a and could help me, please do. You should go to: c/program files/common files/ahead/plugins There you'll find both aacenc32.exe and aacenc32.dll. All i (or you) have to do is copy those files there and you'll have the latest version of Nero AAC encoder. If you could upload thise files somewhere it would be great. Thanx a lot again. Yulyo, don't worry about it, i have many bad days too (strangely that wasn't one of 'em lol). Anyway i have just checked and i don't have the plugins directory. Edit out your email address as afterdawn doesn't allow it, however edit the post to ask anyone who has those 2 files to Private Message you and someone should be able to help you out then..
