Hi, I keep on getting errors when using CloneDVD saying "Failed to obtain information from source. The source is not in DVD-Video format' This disc is also unreadable with DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter etc. Is there something i'm doing wrong? Thanks
My guess is that your discs you are trying to copy are burned discs possibly a VCD or SVCD and the files on them are not in proper dvd format. Another example is possibly a downloaded movie that someone didn't convert properly before burning. If thats the case your files will be in a format something like AVI. If your original is a purchased dvd and won't read then I would guess ppower's suggestion of a defective original is correct. Jerry
