I have been experimenting with this program because of the good things I have heard about it. The problem is that when I try to convert to an AVI from a DIVX clip the sounds sputters throughout playback in Studio 9 (up to date). GSPOT says I have the right codecs. When I play the saved clip back on windows media player, no hiccups. Should I ignore the sputtering or waste my time to find out after 5-6 hours that the dvd is displaying the same symptoms. I tried this with different versions of virtualdub abd mod. Also, are there any guides for using virtualdub for us beginners?
