NeroVision endodes, but fails towards end of burn!!???!

Hi all, first post in this forum!

I've been using Nero's 6.0 so far to create CD's, never had any probs until I progressed to trying to burn DVD's. I've been testing Nero's DVD creation performance using a small test Mpeg of 500Kbs.

However, the process falls over towards the end of the burning portion. I have plenty of system resources, the DVD shows up in Explorer...

Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Below is a copy of the log as produced by Nero, with the superfluous parts edited out for brevity's sake.

Cheers Creaky, the problem seems to have been solved - after changing the DMA to Ultra from Pio at your suggestion(and rebooting), the problem seems to have been solved - I received my first 'Success' message using a 2.5Mb avi file. I had made no other changes.

I will proceed to larger files, then multiples...but the outlook seems promising!!
