banned from EA sports

just wanting to know when you get banned from an online game if they banne your ip address.if so would changeing my modem change my ip adress

 

if using xbox live they ban your account
and i think the ban is permanet

 

No changing the modem will not do it. Who do you use for your internet provider?

 

like he said, they ban your gamertag, somtimes they it's only temporary tho

 

i use shaw cable,would like to know if its my MAC adress or scrip code for xbox live,if its my mac adress i need to get a new xbox

 

it goes by your gamertag

you need a new one to get unbanned nothing to do with ip or mac address

 

how would they ban all three of my tags.how would they find out who the belong to . there was a complant for one and then they banned all three

 

microsoft is smart. they know that kind of stuff. but then again maybe im wrong. tell us if the ip or mac change helps.

"How to get back onto Live if you were banned
So, you made a mistake. Your "little brother" selected a Live tab with the modchip on and now you are banned. Well, you can get back on Live. Xbox Live just bans your Xbox's HD key. Not your gamer account.

To get back onto Live, you MUST obtain an unbanned EEPROM. These are not posted at the usual places, you must get it from a friend who has a modded Xbox and doesn't plan to go on Xbox Live. To update your Xbox's EEPROM with a unbanned EEPROM, download Configmagic and use that program. The program is easy to use and it is all menu driven.

Here are some key notes for using Configmagic
- Your HD has to be unlocked for the update to occur, but relock it when it is done
- If you do get a PAL EEPROM for any reason, here is what you should do:

Go to "on-the-fly" edit command and change the region from "PAL, Region 4" to "NTSC, Region 1". That's it! Now you have a NTSC EEPROM. But, you will have to go to your MS dash and update the clock."- XBOXSCENE.COM tutorial

 

here is the funny thing it was not micro soft that banned me it EA sports only from their games, i still can play halo and ever other online game,must have ticked off alote of people they could't beat me so the got all three of my tags banned at once .i will figure this out they have realy ticked me off. ooh ya called micro soft they dont even how EA sports did it

 

when you get banned they dont ban your account they ban your eeprom.
