help me to get a kart in san andreas

i went to the east side of Mad Doggs mansion and there is nothing i thought there was a kart????????

 

Im pretty shure if you mean a "go kart"? you can get one on the second island, Theres these mini missions by the "pay in spray and the trans fender shop" When you select the go kart mission, i think you have to fail the mission to keep your kart or beat it, i dont really remember.

 

its a race and i thought win or lose you go back to the mission select thing

and the go kart pops up when you hunt down og loc in a mission then i think the go kart starts to appear

 

o0o, i forgot how i got mine somehow

 

I'm pretty sure it was that mission where you chase og loc and it pops up or it was the mission where you steal his book either one of those i think
