Need help!!! I am getting my xecuter 3 chip in mail soon but i got a few question

ok i am getting the xecuter 3 chip with the solderless addapter. my xbox is a v1.0 so my question are

After when i put my chip in i know there are bio's and dashboards and flash bois but im not sure were to start from

what am i sapost to install frist????? then what next i know about these thing i read some info on them online but nothing really told me what come frist and then on.

All i know is that i want to be able to play back up and roms on my xbox

What is a good dash board to go with?

if some one could clear this up for me it would be very help full
