R03 File

    ok so i have a video in R03 File format and i dont know how to watch it or how to put it on a dvd. can anyone help

    A .r03 file would generally be the 5th file in a set or rar archives.
    .rar, .r00, .r01, .r02, .r03

    If so then strickly speaking it has nothing to do with video and if you don't have the first 4 files then you are out of luck.
