Nero Vision Express slow pop-up menu

When I start Nero Vision Express and move the mouse over an item (for example "Make Slide Show") in the task selection menu, the pop-up menu listing the available choises (DVD-Video, Video CD ...) appears after many seconds (about 1 minute).

what's your systems specs, cpu, memory, etc ?

Moreover, in a similar screen (Nero Express) I have no problems. The option list appears immediately.

i'd run a defrag for now.
also make sure you close enough programs down prior to using Nerovision..
