my xbox wont load my maps! i can sign on to xbl and go to whatever i want and join any game i want but it wont let me start playing. it waits a long time and then says faild to load map. fyi i havent used the xbox for a month. mabye that has something to do with it? is there dust init somewhere i should know about?? what the hell is wrong with it. also i can download stuff cuse after it wasnt working i downloaded the lastes maps and they downloaded fine but i cant use any of them. i also tryed to not play online just play like single play or campain or what ever but it just says "failed to load map" any response is apriciated! ty The Rabid Dog
You are talking Halo 2. My buddy had the same problem. Turned out he bought a bad copy of the limited edition halo 2 (the one in the Tin case). He returned it and the new one worked fine. Try renting a copy from blockbuster. if that solves your problem then there you go. If not, then it's your xbox.
i figured it out. it was the disc cuse i bought a limited edition one too and then i borowed a normal one from a friend and it worked fine! ty peace
