This quote is coming from HackdaXbox on his site: http://www.hackdabox.com/Spiderchip_flashing.html "If your controller doesn't work in FLASHBIOS then remove any memory cards and leave only one genuine Micro$oft controller plugged into port 1. If it still doesn't work use the Micro$oft DVD remote control and dongle (grab a mates if you don't have one as you won't need it for long). If your still having trouble make sure you are using the standard AV cable."

Contact Hackdabox on his site or in the Xbox-Scene forums and ask him as he will most likely have a solution for you. Here is his main website, http://www.hackdabox.com/

Ok, make sure first that you have a [bold]games[/bold] and [bold]apps[/bold] folder created in your F: and or D: FTP your games to your games folder and apps to your apps folder (pretty self explanitory) You must extract your Xbox ISO into a folder and then send it accross to your Xbox. You can find a tutorial on how to do that here: http://webpages.charter.net/modchipzone/isotoxbox.htm
