Hi i had dvd santa which i found fine to convert my files to dvd but when i came to put a slideshow with music or speech in the background it wouldnt perfom,it would close down just after it had started.can anyone suggest a programme that is capable of converting film flies and putting together a slideshow with music and speech also.many thanks ...
hmmmmm, im not a user of dvd santa. But when you talk about slideshow are you talking about the menus, because it sounds like you are making it within DVD Santa. So ill assume thats its a menu you are trying to make, i would recommend TMPG DVD Author can make some pretty fancy menus with that. And to convert your films you can use VSO Divx to DVD. Or are you trying to put a slideshow made in Powerpoint into it? Because if yah doing that, then i wouldnt have a clue
hi again thanks for your suggestions ,i want to make a slideshow of pictures and music or speech to dvd to send to family etc... sorry when you say about menus .not sure what you mean..is there any programmes that can do both of these rather than using two seperate progs...i am usisng xp. i liked dvd santa but it was annoying when it came to trying to do the pictures as it would close down... thanks again...
Since this is the Nero forum, have you tried using NeroVisionExpress to do your slideshow, I found this works, you can put music/recorded speech and add a menu.
