how can i get nero to recognize .img, avi, etc files? i have many files that i cannot burn because it wont recognize them. i have a lite on sowh-1693s dvd+rw-r-dl. nero came with it. thanx for any help for this burning noob
Ok if you have a image that has not been created with Nero then you will want to go click on the Recorder menu across the top and select burn image. If its not recognized then use DVD Decrypter, itll burn just about any image file. With an avi file depends what you want to do to it if you want to just burn to cd then go to create a DVD or CD and Drag from the file browser to the complilation. But if you want to make it a DVD Video you will have to use a Encoder program Divx to DVD for avi's is good. VCD, nero can do that for you easily just go to VCD creation its in nero somewhere and just drag it across. Hope that helps :-D
