no it isn't possible. inorder to get it you have to go online and purchase it from your verizon wireless account. thus it transfers the cost of the tone and the monthly cost straight to your bill. unless i'm mistaken, there is no other way. it's like if u get a new phone, that ringback tone will still play for that phone number, not that phone. so it is all run through verizon. sorry
