    - you have to use something such as DVD Shrink to shrink the movie to fit. You're trying to fit the contents of a DVD-9 to a DVD-5 - it's too big.

DVD 9 is a single-sided dual-layer DVD disc that can hold 8.5 gigabytes of data or approximately 4 hours of video.

DVD 5 is a one-sided single-layer DVD disc that can hold up to 4.7 gigabytes of data or approximately 2 hours of video.

    - also, uninstall Nero's InCD - it tends to interfere wih standard Nero. ununstall Nero, use Nero's Clean Tools " http://www.nero.com/en/Clean_Tools.html " to completely uninstall Nero, then reinstall Nero WITHOUT unstalling InCD.

I have the same problem i think. Well ok here it goes. I use nerovision, and I put some files on to a DVD movie I am about to burn, and it only goes to around 4 gigabytes. I am using the 4.7 GB disks so i figure there will not be a problem. After Nero is finished transcoding, it ejects my disk and says that there isnt enough room on the disk to burn this project or something like that. What I am wondering is how 4 GB does not fit on to a 4.7 GB disk, and this never used to happen before on my old computer, but now when i reinstalled Nero it isn't working. I have the same version as before ( Nero 6.3.0.0 and nerovision 2.2). I know those versions are old school but they worked fine for me until just now. What the fudge is the problem?

    Hey guys,

I have the same problem with Nero reporting "not enough space...". I have 2 DVD drives so I copy my DVD's on the fly. It works perfectly but at any random time it will tell me that there isn't enough space to copy...if i reboot my computer and try again, it works?!?!

Any idea what the problem could be?

    Thanks for any help.
