Error before burning DVD

I have been using DVD LabPro for awhile to create dvds and then burn using nero with no problem. Recently tho I upgraded dvd lab to version 1.53.

Now after creating the dvd with menus when I put them in nero and click burn I receive an error.

The error says that DVD Reallocation has failed. If I burn it anyway then my movies chapters are all messed up and does not play properly.

Does anyone know what the error is referring to?
