transfering insides of computer

    hello i was just wondering if i can takes my parts in my compaq presario pc and completly transfer them to a new custom case and if it would change my computers performance oh and by the way it is a p4 2.50 ghz compaq thanks

    if completely gutting the compaq including the motherboard will not enhance the performance of the computer as in faster
