i'm hving somep roblems which are really starting to annoy me. one my desktop wallpaper is acting funny notice the box aroung the text of the icons. when i change the background color that box changes, and now when ever i restart my computer some items act like i've never installed them, for example, tmy printer doesn't show up and when a install the drivers it tell me they're already installed, and i can't use system restore, after reboot, it says that "restore incomplete" and that nothing has been changed. so if any one could help i would appreciate it very much.
Try goin to the advanced settings as bellow in the pic Try doin it manually step by step then applying it and then c if it works. Otherwise it could b a graphic card problem...
it would actually be easier to just go to: Control Panel... System... Advanced Tab... Performance Settings... in the check-box area make sure you have ticked: "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop"
