Hacking EA games for custom soundtracks

Hey all.

Does anyone know if EA games can be "hacked" or modified so that you can allow them to play a custom soundtrack? The last game I remember that allowed this was Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 andit was such an awsome feature. But ever since then all the EA games seem to have gotten rid of that custom soundtrack feature. I was really hoping that NFS Underground 2 would allow it. I was wondering if anyone knew how or where to find info on patching EA games (like NFSU2 or FIFA Street, etc) so that it would play a custom soundtrack? Can't seem to find info on this here.
