2.4ghz oc

i am wondering on how i can over clock my cpu, i know i have to hit f2 when the computer is just turning on, and i got a new screen, but couldnt find my way around in there, im running a intel 2.4ghz 533mhz system bus and a 1mb Lc Cache, with a ASRocK P4V88 mother board, with 512 mb of ram at pc3200 in case u needed to know, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, so if there is sorry, if anymore information is needed i will try my best to give it.
