What kinds of media do you use in your Emerson? Figure seeing how Funai will not put a good list together we should start our own. Heres my list. All work. No coasters. I have the Emerson EWR10D4: Comp USA DVD-R 1x (they work but not recommended-pixellation) Comp USA DVD-R 4x (work fine, but better DVD-R is available for same price at times) Verbatim DataLife DVD-R 4x (excellent) Verbatim Digital Movie DVD-R (excellent) Spin-X DVD-R 4x (excellent but hard to find) Imation DVD-R 4x (only burned a few but seem good-anyone else??) Maxell DVD-R 4x (Made in Japan- excellent) Maxell DVD-RW x2 (Made in Japan – Excellent) I've bought a ton of 4x media. I do have TDK and Maxell 8x, but I will not do the upgrade until more is reported about that upgrade disc.
