post LAST section of your Nero log, which is in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log, but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar

logfile is incomplete... but i'll have a go... - way too old, latest is 6.6.0.16. update Nero - newer version US06 of your firmware is here - http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2011 That site is down for maintenance so will try and find another.... - You need to enable DMA mode on all those drives.. Check out this link - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm - what on earth is that first line saying. at this point i suspect old version of Nero or more likely bad media. This is a typical example of what my log would say - - i suspect bad media but the burner firmware needs updating before i can be sure

i unistalled the controllers, reboot then my computer gone pink,.tried nero again as soon as i start 2copy disc it says unknown burn phase,the computers still pink......pleaz help......lili
oh ive updated nero 1st shit,my comps still pink & breaking up sincei unistalled controllers,thanx creak il try again
creaky i dont know wat idone 2 computer last night,but i restored it earlier,the pinks gone,,but ive tried nero and now it says...thers not enough room 2 burn compilation.....aaaaa but im not using any room i copy disc.. pleaz help
it wont even start burn cos the window opens an says about compilation,i tried more discs and it says media not writable,iuse piodata multispeed 8x grade a ive been using them 4 weeks..
