I currently use AnyDVD, DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter with no complaints at all. they have backed up all the current movie's ect.......

I'm looking for another burning engine only, to my questions about NERO, this disk has the below install buttons

    Nero 6 OEM
    NeroVision Express 3
    Nero Media Player
    InCD4
    InCD Reader
    PhotoShow Express
    Content + Templates

the buttons below are connected together
    Nero 6 OEM
    NeroVision Express 3
    Nero Player
    PhotoShow

    1. do these have to be installed together?
    2. can i only install what i need ?
    3. What do i need to install, just to use as a burning machine?
    4. there are updates for this disk, do i need them?
    5. Thanks in advance...............

U really only need the serial/registration #, then go to the nero website and use the trial version which gives you options of what to install, and then register that trial version.

    i don't have a problem with that, i don't think i'm intrested
in all that extra stuff in the new 6.6.0.16 version from what
i have read a lot of people seem to have problems with it
    anyway........

the programs i have work very well, just want another burner.

An OEM version of Nero will normally have some of the functions disabled.

You would be better off download the trail version from Nero's website and if satisfied, paying for the full version.

It is recommended that you do not install Nero InCd - it has the potential to create problems as it works in the background and can interfere with other pgms.
