dvd drypter

    How do you fit over 7gb to 4.7gb.When I chose copy movie only I still get too many mb's to fit disk?

    you can use DVD DECRYTER to extract a dvd movie into a iso file then use DVD SHRINK to compress (or reauthor) that file to 4.35GIG and after that re-burn it with DVD DECRYTER. you can find DVD SHRINK at SoftPedia for free. you can re-author with DVD SHRINK this way you will only extract the Main Movie without the Extras and achieve better quality. this is the method i use and it works fine.

    Thanks for the avice I still have spanglish on my hard drive but couldn't figure out how to transfere to dvd shrink?

    If you ripped in ISO mode w/ DVDD in Shrink go to File>open disc image - find your ISO. If you ripped in file mode just click on open files and find the video_ts folder for the movie.

    Had the file on slave hard drive(which won't be there long) and draged it into the dvd shrink box from there I reauthered it and preso it worked.Iam new to this hobey but its nice to have back ups of favorites .
