eye toy camera to work on pc

i was wonderin if there was a way to get a eyetoy camera for the playstation 2 to work for like live videos for like aol

just out of interest.... how about the other way round? can i use my usual pc webcam on my ps2 with eyetoy games? if not with any webcam how about specifically with the D-Link DSB-C310?
