I have been working with Nero support for 14 days and they are useless. I saw threads on this issue and it seems like a common problem. I already have burned some DVDs using Maxell DVD-R with success. Suddenly, the burn is failing after just under 5 minutes and I get and "illegal disk" error. I switched to TDK DVD-R and that did not hlp. I have the latest firmwear for my SONY DRU-710A drive. I have NERO 6.6 I also have used clean. Attached is my log (serial # deleted).
