i'm using a pioneer a106 dual layer burner. using verbatim dual layers blank discs. have been using dvd2one for many years now for single layer copying. Got my dual layer burner about a year ago and have been making perfect full disc 1:1 backups until about 2 months ago. every disc i try to backup freezes when the layer changes. here are my dad2one settings: dual-layer 8086mb full disk variable ratio this method has worked for about 100 dvd's, but now i'm getting this freezing when the player tries to change layers. sometimes i can get past the freezing, but then the rest of the disc jitters, pauses and then freezes again. i've also tried to do a full disc ISO backup using DVDDecrypter (which also worked fine until about 2 months ago)...but still get the freezing when layer changes. really like the dual-layer discs and don't want to go back to compressing all my backups onto a single sided disc. does anyone have any ideas or suggestions??? tia, chumboy
