i have recently installed nero 6.0 ultra, now every time i try to start the smart start my computer shuts down and restarts. Help!!!
try uninstalling and re-install. make sure your computer meets all the requirements. is it a legit copy? if its a cracked version then thats probably why
to completely get rid of nero and do a fresh install, use nero clean tools so no registry entries will hinder you. http://www.nero.com/en/Clean_Tools.html
