I have it too. It allows you to play any game that can be controlled by a controller. You can customize the settings for each and every game you play (i.e. buttons) and it still has the vibration feature which of course is optional. I've played several games on my PC with it...Madden, NBA Live, GTA San Andreas, etc...and I've noticed no difference in gameplay.
