hello i burned a vcd with nero but i try to play it on my dvd al the comes out is the opening screen and it never wants to play help please
post LAST section of your Nero log, which is in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log, but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar

- the latest update for 5.5.x.x i can find is 5.5.10.56 - http://www.nero.com/en/nero-up_vor.php - firmware is out of date. version 000S is here - http://www.microadvantage.net/consumer/index.php?class=2&product_id=72&view=support - 256MB is not really sufficient for Windows XP these days, never mind doing anything else on top of XP...try freeing up more memory - eh ? - this i think means your burner doesn't like the media. If firmware doesn't improve things, try better media - insufficient resources. try freeing up more memory Basically, update the firmware, try again and provide newest section of logfile...
you mean the Nero551056.exe file ?. if so, you just run it, let it do it's thing... then burn another disc, then provide the LAST section of logfile again so we can check progress...
