Nero 6.6.0.1 has suddenly begun returning an error message when i try to load wav files to burn to CDR.It sayd the file format is not recognized.I have tried reinstalling the program and rebooting but the error persists.Is there any way to correct this error in a registry entry?
First of all your Nero 6.6.0.1 is an outdated version, its latest is 6.6.0.16. Try to update it first, then do your back up again and see what's the result. Secondly, without your Nero's error log it's really hard for other members to know what's the real issue behind the scene. So in a better word, it'll be much better and easier if you can provide us with your Nero's error log - this will help other members to help solve your problem faster. Try to look for your log here C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero\NeroHistory - Notepad or C:\Program Files\Ahead\NeroVision\NeroFiles\History. Note: remember to "delete" or "edit" out your Nero's serial # that starts with 1A23-XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX somthing alright.
