Story is last year i bought 12 months of live, and time is almost up. i used my moms credid card to sighn up. I dont live at home anymore and i dont have an internet connection, soo i dont want her to get billed for something im not using. My question is does the subscription expire or does someone need to cancell it? If i need to cancell it how do i go about doing that. iv already looked on xbox.ca but i didnt see anything. tnx
You need to call up 1-800-4my-xbox and have the last four digits of the credit card ready, although if i remember right only the credit card holder may transfer or cancel a xbox live account, so it would be best to have your mom call up and just say "I need to cancel <Gamertag> for good" they will ask her info such as, name, last for numbers of her credit card (make sure that she has the right one, and if she cancelled it then she just needs to verify herself).
