When ever i use prologic II, i dont get anything from my subwoofer. If i play a dvd thats encoded with dolby 2.0 i still dont get anything from the sub. Same goes for when i connect it to the left and right inputs from my tv. I've already checked my setting and i DO have the subwoofer set to ON in the settings. But i dont get anying. Dolby 5.1 works just fine. Someone please help me!!

I had a problem that sounds like this one (no punn intended) on my Sony system. If I remember correctly the system had something like an "auto detect" function for the sound input format or you could choose between DP2, DTS, Dolby surround, AC3.
If I used auto the sound output was never what I knew it was recieving, particularly the sub. If I selected the input type as above manually it worked fine.
I never did get to the bottom of that one and I must admit DP2 is quite impressive over the old DP1 but it always depends on the quality in the signal.
