Ok I click on Control Panel, then click system and it shows right there who my computer is registered to. Now I have 2 computers one I bought new, the other I bought used. Is it possible in any way to change the information to mine? I don't care how difficult it is I just want to do this.

if talking about the name as in john smith than yes. go into regedit & do a find for the current name & modify it to new name.

I have tried that, but only see the name there for the email account they used. Maybe I am not doing it right. Or there is another way? Im talking about who the computer is registered to, when you go into the control panel and click on system.
