That means once the xbox comes then you pay for it or the mailman won't give it to you. You have to be home to recive COD pakages and I think you have to go to the bank to make a COD document to give to the mailman. I just shipped to my first customer today so hopefully I will get a good rating so people here will trust my authenticity. I really want to talk to a mod to see how I can get the OK for this add.
