Hello, I am a newbie to modded xbox's but had mine chipped about 3 months ago but still dont know much about it. I beleive the chip I have fitted is either an enigma or extender. I have problems when I insert a backup game I get the "please check if this is a n xbox game, DVD, or audio disk" error but if I press the eject button and again to re-insert the DVD it seems to play, also it does not seem to like ripped audio CD's or ripped DVD's! do you think I gout shafted and sold an inferior chip? Also I am struggling to find any sources for backups too, my source is hopeless I am still waiting for some I ordered prior to x-mas. I have since found a site who install Switchable LPC modchips with the evolution x dashboard for about £ 80.00 so I think this may be my best option.

Any help would be appreciated.
