dvdxcopy xpress prob

hi i currently use dvdxcopyxpress to copy films but some times it dont work and i have to reinstall and someone does this for me but they have just moved and so i need help of how to get past the authentication code as my prog was not an original but he goes into things and does sommat then it works does any1 know what i have to do here cheers
